CIBITEX MACHINE FOR CAUSTIFICATION/MERCERISATION OF FABRIC
To enlarge their range of machines used in the denim finishing sector, in consideration of the ongoing evolutions of the market searching particular types of finishing, CIBITEX developed and adapted their Causticizing Mercerizing machine right to satisfy such request. After running different trials with some of their Customers, Cibitex could verify that their machine is able to guarantee a mercerization effect on fabric plus a softer finishing hand, further to a better resistance to creasing. The solution offered by Cibitex is a continuous treatment of fabric as ideal completion to a fabric washing and drying line. The machine allows an impregnation of fabric under bath that undergoes continuous squeezings (10 times) in the caustic soda lye-bath and a following passage on a skyer to air and to guarantee the reaction of caustic soda on fabric. At exit of skyer the fabric enters the washing plant for the neutralization of caustic soda and drying on steam heated rollers. The line is supplied with all necessary accessories to adjust the concentration of caustic soda lye-bath, the temperature of caustic soda lye-bath further to filters and various feelers that guarantee a clean impregnation bath and a constant temperature and Be concentration.

MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES The machine is suitable to any kind of woven fabric (heavy, light, 100% cotton, linen, blends) High flexibility to treat small and medium fabric batches (production speed up to 35 40 mt/ 1).
