Causticizing machine – width of rollers 2.000 mm.
We have recently supplied a causticizing / mercerizing machine to Mafaco S.A. (Morocco),
our customer for the purchase of a complete denim finishing machine.
The machine is equipped with all accessories as filter, cooling unit, group of Bè
regulation to permit the caustic soda and water mixing, in order to prepare a soda bath
with desired Bč degrees and to maintain constant both the concentration and the bath
temperature during all the treatment.
The machine is supplied with a fabric exhibitor for the continuous treatment with a washing
for production speed of 40 mt/1'.
The denim fabric causticizing / mercerizing treatment with our machine achieve excellent result
on fabric, evidenced by both Mafaco S.A. and Berto (from Bovolenta, in Italy). The last one
has in function a denim causticizing machine in continuous with washing two years.
