Shrinking machine – width of rollers 2.000 mm.
Last generation machine, both for mechanical and electrical.
It is suitable for the treatment of all knitted fabrics, shirting and denim.
The installation is composed by:
Entrance suitable for big batch and plaiter
Scray for woven containing during the change of the roll
Steaming roller
Elstraight (Mahlo)
Tentering unit
Rubber belt shrinking unit complete with grinding device (it is applied an automatic device for the maintenance of the shrinkage set)
Felt calender with main roller of diameter 2.000 mm.
Cooling rollers (no. 2)
Scray for woven containing during the change of the roll
Exit in big batch
The machine is complete with Siemens operator Pc with graphic representation of the
machine and alphanumeric presentation of the working parameters.
The receiving with the possibility of mercerizing or automatic setting of the regulation
parameters.
