  MAIN FEATURES
After a careful examination of market and the understanding on the absolute necessity to find out a machine suitable for processing open-width knits at a very competitive price compared to the felt compactor, which is very popular on the market, CIBITEX has re-examined the full concept of its previous "CIBICOMPACTEX" machine and has created a new model of machine which is called "READY".

The "READY" machine has been studied in all details in order to place available to our agent and potential Customers, a machine that can be competitive towards other compacting system nowadays on market especially the felt compactors. As recognized by the market, the rubber belt system offers better results of dimensional stability (shrink proofed results) in addition to give to fabrics a very nice aspect and a soft and downy hand touch. The disadvantage of our machine was the big gap of price difference and we can confirm that this gap has been sensibly decreased with the birth of this new machine "READY".

The machine includes always the three main components of a so called "sanforizing process" which are steaming roller - compressive rubber belt shrinkage unit - felt calender. The inlet and outlet of machine is generally made in plaited form as usually made on felt compactors. The great advantage of this machine is that it is a real sanforizing which guarantees the above described good results, it is delivered completely assembled in an enbloc, everything already installed on board the machine including main switch cabinet and control panel. In consideration of that the machine can be installed and started-up very quickly into the Customer's factory (5 days max.). The whole machine is controlled by Siemens PLC to control all parameters of work like speed, synchronisation, temperature, shrinkage, production. All those parameters can be read on a digital display.
