COMPRESSIVE SHRINKING PLANT WITH RUBBER BELT FOR PROCESSING OPEN WIDTH KNITTED AND WOVEN FABRICS
MOTORIZATION
The above mentioned plant is built with 7 sections driver by Siemens motors and managed by vectorial drives. These drives are controlled by a Siemens PLC type, via profibus, which guarantees the synchronism among the different sections.

SUPERVISOR:
The plant is managed through a PC with all functions displayed in a single page, to make the main set up operation easier.
- CONTROL PANEL: Graphic display of the plant evidencing the main motors activated.
- SLIDING: the set of sliding percentages between any section, which fix the correct shrinkage percentage required; they are displayed according to the activated sections.
- FUNCTIONAL PARAMETERS: other useful functions for correct line drive, such as: line speed, total shrinkage percentage, thickness and compression of rubber belt, temperature of rollers and anything else can be set up according to the type of plant.
- GRAPHICS, graphics file of production details such as shrinkage percentage, speed line, produced meters and moisture percentage in the fabric.
- RECIPES, the possibility to store, recall and set up again very quickly those adjusting parameters which fix the final result on the treated article.
- MACHINE PARAMETERS, they are strictly reserved to authorized personnel for maintenance and function diagnostics only.
