COMPRESSIVE SHRINKAGE PLANT SUITABLE FOR PROCESSING OPEN-WIDTH KNITS AND WOVENS
MOTORIZATION
The above mentioned machine is rigged out with 3 driven sections by Siemens motors and controlled by vectorial drives. These drives are controlled by a Siemens PLC, which guarantees the synchronism among the different sections via profibus.

SUPERVISOR:
The plant is controlled through a PC with drives displayed in a single page, to make the main set up operation easier.
- CONTROL PANEL: Graphic display of the plant evidencing the main motors activated.
- SLIDING CONTROL: The set of sliding percentages among different sections of machine, which fix the correct shrinkage percentage required. Those are displayed according to the activated sections.
- OTHER PARAMETERS: Other useful functions for correct line control such as:line speed, total shrinkage percentage, thickness and compression of rubber belt, temperature of steam heated rollers and other parameters can be set up according to the kind of plant.
- GRAPHICS, graphic file of production details such as shrinkage percentage, speed line, produced meters and moisture percentage of fabric.
- RECIPES, the possibility to store, recall and set up again very quickly those parameters which determine the final result on any type of treated article.
- MACHINE PARAMETERS, they are strictly reserved to the authorized persons for maintenance and function diagnostics only.
