The textile company Tisco SpA located in Villaguardia (CO), purchased from Cibtex (leading company as manufacture, installation and commissioning of textile finishing machines) a singeing plant, complete with input, brushing unit, beating unit and output on a tangential winding unit suitable for woven fabrics.
MOTORIZATION:
This plant is made with 2 sections driven with inverter motors and by vectorial drives.
The drives are managed by a PLC which, via profibus, guarantee the synchronism among the different sections of the plant. The machine is operated through push button panels positioned between the input and the output, according to their functions.
SYNOPTIC
Graphic display of plant on which are indicated (through colour leds) the status of the machine (inserted motors, alarms, flames, etc).
