Machines for achieving dimensional stability on woven and open-width knitted fabrics
MAIN FEATURES
The machine has a double function, first to shrink fabrics by giving them a dimensional stability before any further washing treatment and contemporarily to give the fabric the typical soft and velvety hand that can only be obtained by processing fabrics on rubber belt compressive shrinkage unit and felt calender (palmer).
According to production, speed and fabric weight, we build different types of shrinking plants.
The standard version is mainly rigged out with:
input from rolled-up batches on A-frames or in plaited form from trolleys steaming roller clip tentering unit (for wovens only) compressive rubber belt shrinking unit with grinding device felt calender having main roller diameter 1500 mm and felt drying roller 640 mm. exit on rolled-up big batch or in plaited form
The possible variants to above concern the type of input and output that can be on big batch or in plaited form; the diameter of main roller of felt calender that can be also 2000 or 2500 mm; two J-box in inlet and outlet to avoid stops during the change of fabric rolls, wide range of accessories. All the drives of motors are of inverter vectorial type with PLC control and program logic. The PC which rigs out the machine, allows to manage a large number of functions and to create recipes for each single style of fabrics processed on the machine. All parameters can be displayed on a remote PC through an ETHERNET connection card with PLC of machine.
