MAIN FEATURES
Those machines are suitable for small and medium production around 2400 m/h and are manufactured according to the highest standards.
You can carry out with this machine 7 squeezings under bath “sponge effect”, which ensure the penetration of caustic soda into cloth fibres obtaining a very high quality mercerisation effect.
The series of squeezing gives the fabric a calendering effect too and make the fabric softer.
If You compare a fabric treated on a Cibitex mercerzing plant with a fabric treated on a traditional mercerizing machine, dyed in the same colour bath, the final result of the fabric treated on a Cibitex mercerizer is considerably better.
The main advantages of this machine are listed below: absolute uniformity of impregnation which means uniform colour of cloth; large saving of dyestuffs thanks to the strong mercerisation effect;
the machine can be run very easily, being equipped with the following devices:
automatic control of Bé concentration and possibility of variation on the control board. absolute guarantee that the chosen Bé concentration will be maintained in the impregnation tank all along process. absolute guarantee of liquor uniformity in the whole tank, thanks to recycling pump that pushes the liquor through a self-cleaning filter and refrigerator of adequate capacity to maintain constant the temperature of liquor during all process. absolute guarantee to keep constant the tank level, thanks to an automatic device; possibility to vary the speed of the machine from 6 to 60 m/min. The medium production speed is of 40 m/min.; possibility to change the squeezing at exit of bath through oil dynamic pistons; space required reduced to the very minimum
