MAIN FEATURES
By studying this new machine, modern, technological, environment and safety requirements have been taken in due consideration. This sturdy singeing machine is complete with all devices necessary for the adjustment of flames and positioning of burners. Possibility to equip it with 2 or 4 burners.
Control of water flow for the cooling of burners and operating rollers. Automatic turnover of ramps in case the machine stops, both under normal or emergency conditions. Manometer for measuring pressure of gas and air. The fabric running system is designed in order to allow an efficient extraction from unit.
Wet system for dust and smoke removal equipment.
The particular system for flame adjustment allows to obtain wonderful results even on delicate fabric articles.
The can dryer can be rigged out with its own entrance and exit frames and be completed with brushing-beating units, impregnation tanks for chemical impregnation (desizing – bleaching).
